Dr. Ingalls joined Oklahoma State in 2000 after 16 years in industry with Compaq, SEMATECH, General Electric and Motorola. His last position at Compaq was an executive position reporting to the Vice-President of Global Integrated Logistics where he was responsible for Supply Chain Design projects for the corporation. He has a B.S. in Mathematics from East Texas Baptist College (1982), a M.S. in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University (1984) and a Ph.D. in Management Science from the University of Texas at Austin (1999).

All of that is important and good, but the most important thing is the Ingalls’ family. Ricki has been married to Lynn for 29 years and they have 6 sons (Jason, 28; Jacob, 24; Stephen, 18, David, 16; Peter, 13; Joshua, 4) and 1 daughter-in-law (Monique - married to Jason). Ricki is active in the Community Free Church of Stillwater and spends many nights watching his sons play ball.
